This course has been an incredible opportunity to deepen my understanding of usability and design while aligning with my goal of creating better user experiences. Analyzing Milk Bar’s website navigation helped me identify practical ways to enhance clarity and streamline layouts for a more intuitive user experience. These insights reinforced how small changes, like improving menu labels or reducing visual clutter, can significantly impact user interaction with a site.

Exploring the concept of findability was another key moment for me. I learned how critical it is to design with users and search engines in mind. Through discussions on SEO and usability, I saw how collaboration between content creators, developers, and designers ensures that users can quickly and easily find the information they want.

One of the most exciting lessons was maintaining authenticity in a tech-driven world. Learning how brands can blend AI with human creativity to craft genuine connections stood out. Whether it’s using AI for efficiency or relying on storytelling to foster trust, this balance is something I look forward to applying in my work.
